To avoid any confusion, I'd just like to point out that the current set-up of the website was put together 3 years ago to promote the album I put out then, 'One Way Ticket'. A lot has changed since then and this website doesn't fully reflect those changes.
I am considering the possibility of having a newly designed site with content solely focussed on what I wish to express now.
I've now set up a youtube channel where I hope to put up one or two things. First up is a clip I put together to accompany the song 'Run Rabbit Run', which you can see here:

At the moment I'm taking a break from music. It's been a turbulent year, with a lot of changes in my life and music has had to take a backseat, but I sense something very good is going to come out of it. As it stands, I've got 20-odd songs written and recorded as demos but I may write a fresh bunch in the coming months that are more in line with where I'm at. So the second album will be delayed till next year now. Hopefully it will be worth it!
Just about to mix the demos before deciding which songs should be on the 2nd album. There are 25 in total. Some titles include "All An Illusion", "Conveyer Belt", "Perspective", "Secret Weapon", "Winners & Losers", "Amusement Park" and "Recognise".

Looks like an album review will be in the Scottish Daily Record on Friday 2nd June. Since it's Scotland's most popular newspaper, this is a pretty big deal! I have no idea what kind of review so will just have to wait and see...
Also, good to see word-of-mouth starting to happen. I came across this album review from Spain. A good one it seems but it's in Spanish so if anyone can translate...
Another record store, Not Lame, is now selling the album. It's in this week's new releases.

Also, the first album review has come in from Kangar Radio International where it received a glowing overall 4/5. 'Now & Then' has entered at number 10 in their Top 40.
'One Way Ticket' is album of the week this week on Croatian Radio Cakovec. Last week I was made artist of the week on Internet Radio UdenCentraal in the Netherlands.

After some enthusiastic reviews, "Outside The Window" has been chosen as Track of the Day for Sunday 12th Feb (a week today) at Garageband.com.
My debut album, "One Way Ticket", has now been mastered and is fully complete. Featuring 12 of my best songs to date, it was recorded and produced with Mick McGarr of Conrad Productions. It will be available in standard CD format, downloadable as an album and individual tracks. More to follow...
The results for the UK Songwriting Contest 2005 were announced. "Come & Go" made it to the Finalists section (a prestigious place in terms of industry recognition) and the as yet unreleased "One Way Ticket" reached the Semi-Finals.

For anyone wondering what's happened to Seven Worlds, don't be alarmed... it's still me. I've decided on a name change to David William. Nothing much else has changed, but to avoid confusion over whether I'm a band or a solo artist or whatever else, it makes more sense to front up and put a valid name to the music. Other news... At the moment I'm in the middle of recording a full album of songs with a producer which I plan to release, probably sometime next year.
